1. In what ways are you currently utilizing technology in your classroom? (CCS)

2. What factors if any prevent you from utilizing technology? (CCS)

3. What technology (hardware/software) would you like to know more about? (CCS)

4. What after-hours internet access is available to students and teachers?  Parents?

5. How many students have access at home?  Dialup or high-speed?

6. (pull From AMTR data) How many classrooms with network/internet access?  How many remain to be connected?

7. What instructional/learning successes or challenges exist at school level that could be supported with this technology? (Particularly gathered from a non-technology perspective)
